Leslie W. "Lee" Gay, 82, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at his home, Tuesday, August 23. Mr. Gay was a graduate of Stoughton High School and was a
Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was the owner of Lee's Custom Flooring and Tile for many years. He was an avid collector and restorer of cars, with a special interest in Mustangs. In his free time, he enjoyed studying his family geneology and traveling to the Cape, especially Centerville and Dennisport. Mr. Gay was in the process of writing a book.

Mr. Gay is survived by his brothers: Robert L. Gay and his wife Theresa of Berkley & CA and George L. Gay and his wife Nancy of Bridgewater. He was predeceased by his other siblings, Marie Lindsay Petrie, Mildred Baird, Edwin "Buddy" Gay and Marjorie Gay. He was also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Memorial Services will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Saturday at 10AM. Visiting Hours prior to services from 9AM to 10AM. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in his memory may be made to the Striar YMCA Cardiac Rehab Program, 455 Central St., Stoughton, MA 02072.
