Leona T. (Mahoney) Benoit

Leona T. (Mahoney) Benoit, 105, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died at Copley at Stoughton on Monday, December 31, 2018. She was the wife of the late Joseph M. Benoit. Daughter of the late Daniel H. and Mary Pauline (Kelleher) Mahoney, she was born in Stoughton. Leona was a homemaker at home with her family. She also was a florist at Purple Statice in Easton for 5 years. She was a member of Another Mother for Peace.

Leona is survived by her son, Joseph M. Benoit of Stoughton and her grandchildren, Heather Wilson and William Benoit. She was the great-grandmother of Haley and Alyssa Wilson. She was the sister of the late Edna Lyons, Grace Robinson, Alice Cobb, Daniel Mahoney. She was also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, January 8 from 4-7 PM. Funeral Service Private.
