Lawrence Nicholas DePaola

Lawrence Nicholas DePaola, 63, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at home on Friday, July 11, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Fatima (Pimentel) DePaola. Son of the late Lorenzo B. and Mary A. (Ciampa) DePaola, he was born in Cambridge and raised in Watertown. He was a graduate of Watertown High School, Class of 1969 and Sylvania Technical School. He was a resident of Stoughton since 1983. Mr. DePaola was an electronics technician for Raytheon for the past 37 years. Traveling with his wife was his passion.
In addition to his wife, Mr. DePaola is survived by his brother, Anthony DePaola of Watertown. He is also survived by several cousins, 5 nephews, 1 niece, his mother-in-law and several brothers and sisters-in-law.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Friday at 4:30 PM. Donations in Lawrence's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
