Kristine M. (Fraser) Kelliher, 79, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Morton Hospital in Taunton with her loving family by her side. She was the devoted and beloved wife of the late John J. Kelliher, Jr. for 41 loving years before his passing in 2008. They shared an incredible marriage, where they instilled genuine love and care into their children's lives. Daughter of the late William A. Fraser and Grace M. (Belmonte) Jannoni, she was born in Boston and raised in Roslindale. Kristine graduated from Roslindale High School, Class of 1963 and Boston Business School before earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Quincy College with 25+ years as a paralegal. She resided in Stoughton for over 40 years.
Kristine had a gentle, fun-loving soul and she was so proud of her children and grandchildren. She loved helping out at Edge Studio of Dance in Canton. She enjoyed working out, getting her nails and hair done and loved all things fashion and glitz, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Kristine is survived by her loving children, John J. Kelliher III and his wife Tina of Upton and Kimberly A. Frates and her husband Christopher of Easton as well as her grandchildren, Patrick Kelliher and Angelina Frates. She was the sister of Arthur Fraser of Dartmouth, Mary Jane Lightbody of Walpole, Tara Chander of Hartland, VT and the late Joseph Fraser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, January 8th from 4-7 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at Knollwood Memorial Park, 321 High St., Canton on Thursday, January 9th at 12 PM.
