Kristina R. (Grant) Ivanoski passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday June 18, 2023 at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with cancer, while surrounded by her loving family. Kristina was a loving wife and mother. She was born in Orange, New Jersey and was the daughter of the late Nancy (Campbell) and Alan Grant. She settled in Easton at age 15, where she met and married her high school sweetheart Paul Ivanoski, Jr. Together, they raised their family of 5 beautiful children. After attending Easton Public Schools, Kristina graduated from Laboure College of Healthcare with a degree in nursing. Soon after, Kristina and Paul welcomed their first daughter Melissa, and she knew it was her calling to stay at home and raise her children. After Melissa, they welcomed Paul III, Christopher, Stephen and Jessica to complete their family of seven. While Kristina was known for her quiet temperament, she was always happy to be sitting smiling surrounded by her loud, loving boisterous family.
Over the course of Kristina’s life, she enjoyed spending quality time with her husband and children. When Kristina was not cooking a big family dinner, working on a new craft in her craft room, or immersing herself in a new book, you might find her sitting in front of the fire cheering on one of her husband's favorite sports teams. Kristina loved to spend time camping and being outdoors with her family. Over the years, she spent many summers with her children at different campgrounds around Massachusetts. In later years, Kristina and Paul loved to take off in their camper with their pup Jacob, for long weekends up to the White Mountains and all over New England. She spent most of her young life at her family's cape house in Chatham - a place that she held close to her heart. As she got older, she loved to spend time there with her husband and children going to her favorite beach, Ridgevale. She was most happy in the company of her devoted husband and family.
Kristina will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 41 years, Paul Ivanoski, Jr. of Easton and her children Paul Ivanoski III and his wife Sarah of Uxbridge, Christopher Ivanoski and his wife Anne of Barrington, RI, Stephen Ivanoski and his fiancé Kayla Manahan of Sanford ME, Jessica Brown and her husband Christopher of Haverhill and her son-in-law Alex Harrison. She was predeceased by her daughter Melissa Harrison who passed in 2016. Kristina also leaves behind her 9 grandchildren, Ryan, Michael, Hadley, Mary, Ellie, Thomas, Rose, Noah, and Emmett, all of whom she adored. She will also be greatly missed by her siblings Alan Grant and his wife Rhea and Kimberly Cronin and her husband Gary.
Kristina’s family will celebrate her life privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kristina’s memory may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to support cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284 or via jimmyfund.org/gift.
