Kevin P. Silva

Kevin P. Silva, 52, died on his birthday, Monday, December 28, at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. He was the son of George & Irene (Frates) Silva of Stoughton. Born in Taunton, he was raised in Taunton and Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton Schools. Mr. Silva was a resident of New Hampshire for the past 4 years. He worked as a laborer in the construction trade for several years. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing and sports.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings: Deborah A. Fustolo and Paula Bertram both of Stoughton and Rodney G. Silva of Taunton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. James Church, 560 Page St., Stoughton on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours will be held prior to the Mass in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton from 8-9:30 AM. Donations in lieu of flowers in Kevin's memory may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 88 Winchester St., Newton, MA 02461. Burial will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Taunton.
