Kathleen H. Singletary

Kathleen H. (Meaney) Singletary, 55, died at her home under the care of Old Colony Hospice on Tuesday, October 10. Born in Boston, she was raised in Dorchester and was a graduate of Msgr Ryan Memorial High School in Dorchester. She was a resident of Stoughton for the past 6 years, previously living in Sharon and Dorchester. Ms. Singletary worked as an Executive Assistant for Price Waterhouse Coopers in Boston for 28 years. In her free time, she enjoyed taking trips to Lincoln RI, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, David W. Singletary and his wife Melissa of Plymouth and Jill K. Singletary of Stoughton. Ms. Singletary was the sister of William A. Meaney and his wife Ann Marie of Norwell, Margaret "Peggy" Sally of Everett, John J. Meaney of Boston and Theresa DiNicola of RI. She was the grandmother of Jason W. Singletary and Matthew W. Singletary and is also survived by several nieces and nephews..

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, October 13 at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 11:30 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8 PM. Donations in Kathy's name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, 02068. Burial will follow at Rock Ridge Cemetery, Sharon.
