Kathleen A. Salemme

Kathleen A. "Kathy" Salemme, a resident of Stoughton, died on Sunday, January 20 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston after a long illness. She was the lifetime partner of James McDonald of Foxboro. Born in Boston, Kathy was raised in Sharon and graduated from Sharon High School, Class of 1979. She resided in Stoughton for past 8 years. She was a homemaker.

Kathy was the beloved mother of Bianca L. McDonald of Stoughton and the cherished grandmother of Jayda Semler. She was the daughter of Alice K. McLaughlin of Westwood and Francis P. Salemme. She was the sister of Susan Schein and her husband Jonathan of Braintree, Diane Allen of Boston, Stephen Salemme of Quincy and the late Frankie Salemme and the aunt of Ross and Max Allen of Boston. Kathy is also loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, January 25 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment will be private. Donations in Kathy's memory may be sent to The Italian Home for Children, 1125 Centre St., Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
