Kathleen A. (Corcoran) Phillips

Kathleen A. (Corcoran) Phillips, 76, a resident of Canton, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 with her loving family by her side. Daughter of the late Jeremiah F. and Thelma (Ferry) Corcoran, she was born and raised in Cambridge and graduated from St. Mary's School in Cambridge. She was a resident of Canton for 10 years after living in Stoughton for 45 years. Kathleen was a homemaker and worked for Polaroid for many years. She was also a certified nursing assistant and ran the skilled nursing facility at Orchard Cove in Canton. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.

Kathleen is survived by her children, Kenneth M. Phillips and his wife Ellen and Linda C. Phillips-Giordano and her husband Richard Giordano all of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of Amanda Phillips, Justin Phillips and the late Michael Phillips and the great-grandmother of Kyle Gallagher and Collin Tetreault. She was the sister of Geri Ataman of Key Largo, FL, Midge Oliveri of Wilmington, Eileen Lamoureux of Cambridge and the late Maureen Graham and Shelly Fraumeni. She is also survived by her former husband, Kenneth F. Phillips and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27), Stoughton on Monday, February 11 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday from 2-5 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathleen's memory may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, PO Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
