Karyn M. (McCann) Pope, 61, died Monday, November 3, 2014, at her home in Franklin after a long period of failing health. She was the wife of Michael P. Pope. Born in Dorchester, she was raised in Dorchester and Stoughton. She was a graduate of St. Mary's School in Stoughton and Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Class of 1971. Mrs. Pope worked as a Customer Service Manager for the American Red Cross in Dedham and for North Safety Equipment in Cranston, RI for several years. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, playing cards and skiing.
Mrs. Pope was the sister of the late Jeremiah McCann and Charles McCann.
A Funeral Mass will be held in the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., (Rte. 27) Stoughton, on Thursday at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton prior to the mass from 9-10 AM.
