Karen R. (Crane) Titus, 58, died Wednesday evening at the BayPointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brockton after a period of failing health. Born in Brockton, she was a longtime resident of Brockton and a graduate of Brockton Schools. She also attended cosmetology school. Mrs. Titus worked as a secretary for Ernie's Construction in Brockton for several years. She was a member of Samoset Rod & Gun Club and was a social member of the Enterprise Club, Bertocci Club, the Conte Club in Brockton and the 49ers in Bridgewater. In her free time she enjoyed shopping, Arts & Crafts, decorating, traveling and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Wendy A. Titus, Joshua B. Titus, Travis W. Titus, and Jocelyn R. Titus all of Brockton. She was the sister of Richard Regan of Beverly and Kimberly Regan of Taunton. She is also survived by her grandchildren Jere Santos, Nichole Santos, Kyle Santos, Chasity Titus and Kayleigh Titus. Karen is also survived by her boyfriend Ernie Pettiford.
Funeral Services will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, December 18, at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-6 PM. Burial will be at Avon Cemetery, Avon. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
