June (MacLennan) Perry, 76, died Monday, June 18 at the Brockton Hospital after a long illness. Born in Boston, she was a graduate of Boston Schools. Mrs. Perry was a resident of Stoughton for many years. She worked as a switchboard operator for the Goddard Hospital in Stoughton for many years and then at Morse Shoe and J. Baker Shoe in Canton until her retirement at age 65. In her free time, she enjoyed senior activities, sports and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her children: George D. and his wife Susan of ME, Robert J. Jr. and his wife Patsy of W. Bridgewater, Barbara J. Gaultier and her husband Joseph of Easton, Helen M. Andrews and her fianc Michael Fenton of Stoughton, Frank L. Perry of OR, and Glenn S. and his wife Maura of Stoughton. She was the sister of Gertrude Sirignano of Wareham, Donald MacLennan of WI and the late Katherine Murphy. Mrs. Perry was the proud grandmother of Benjamin, Daniel and Travis Perry, Nicholas and Anthony Gaultier, Kimberly and James Andrews and Ashton Perry. She was the great grandmother of Emily Geddes. Mrs. Perry was the niece of Lillian Johnsen of Dedham and is also survived by her former husband Robert J. Perry and his close friend Patricia Diselle.
Funeral Services will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday Night, June 21 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior to services from 4-7 PM. Donations in June's name may be made to American Lung Assn., 460 Totten Pond Road, Suite 400, Waltham, 02451.
