Joseph M. Rudnicki, 75, died Friday, August 29, 2014 at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. He was the husband of Kathleen M. (Cross) Rudnicki. Born and raised in Dorchester, he was a graduate of Boston Schools. He was a Veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Rudnicki was a resident of Stougton for over 37 years. He worked as an Electronic Technician for the Quincy Public Schools for over 15 years, retiring over 10 years ago. He was an accomplished handyman and member of the Stoughton Fish & Game, who, in his free time enjoyed boating.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Michelle L. Fahy of Mansfield. He was the brother of Edward Rudnicki of Peabody and the late Helen and Richard Rudnicki. He is also survived by his grandson and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday from 5-7 PM. Donations in Joe's name may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, 01701.
