Joseph N. Molinari, Sr., 68, a longtime resident of Canton, died at home on Saturday, March 12 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Gloria A. (Howell) Molinari. Born in Boston, he was raised in Roxbury and graduated from St. Patrick's School and Don Bosco Technical High School. He was a resident of Canton for the past 20 years after living in Stoughton for 20 years. Mr. Molinari was the owner of JST Transportation in Plainville. He was a member of the Eastern Carriers Association and the Board of Trustees at Viaduct Condominiums in Canton. He enjoyed dining out, trips to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Molinari is survived by his children, Joseph N. Molinari, Jr. and his wife Kelly of NH, Susan M. Molinari and her husband Brian Lincoln of Canton and Thomas M. Molinari and his wife Carol of N. Attleboro, as well as his grandchildren, Samantha and Nickolas Molinari, Griffin Lincoln, Elsa Molinari and Ian Pizzimento. He is also survived by his brother, Michael J. Molinari, Sr. and his wife Saundra of Stoughton, his former wife and friend, Rosana Molinari, his brother-in-law Wyatt Cosby, 4 step-children and 10 step-grandchildren.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Wednesday, March 16 at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, Canton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at Canton Corner Cemetery, Canton. Donations in Joseph's name may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
