John J. "Robi" Robicheau, 33, died suddenly Monday, January 27, 2014, at the Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital in Brockton. He was the loving son of Linda J. (McGrath) Robicheau of Stoughton and Robert A. Robicheau, Jr. and his wife Karen of Stoughton. Born and raised in Stoughton, he attended Stoughton Schools and was a graduate of Southeastern Regional Technical High School in Easton in 1999. He worked as a laborer for DA Bosworth in Braintree for several years. He was an avid and dedicated fan of the Boston Bruins and loved hockey. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, fiancé and brother with a kind and loving heart. In his free time, he enjoyed four wheeling, spending time outdoors, working on cars, and above all, spending time with his daughter.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancé, Christine M. Emerson of Holbrook, his daughter Kathryn Ada-Leila Robicheau and stepson Joseph M. Emerson both of Holbrook. He was the brother of Robert A. Robicheau III, Ethan R. Robicheau and Lacey M. Robicheau all of Stoughton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Service will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, February 1, at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Friday, January 31, from 5-8 PM. Donations in John's memory may be made to the account of his daughter, Kathryn Ada-Leila Robicheau at any Citizens Bank Branch.
