John D. Perry, 50, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died Monday, February 6 at Boston Medical Center. Son of Jean M. (Howard) Perry of Norwood and the late Joseph F. Perry, he was born in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School. He was a Private in the U.S. Army during the Grenada Campaign. Mr. Perry was a carpenter and worked with his brother for 18 years. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Stoughton and enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Perry is survived by his son, Justin Perry of Wrentham. He was the brother of Joseph Perry of FL, Janeen Perry and Chris Perry both of Easton, Denise Desrosiers of Worcester, Debra McHugh of E. Bridgewater, Robert Perry of Canton, Maria Crombie of Berkley and the late Stephen Perry. He is also survived by his former wife Cheryl (Cisternelli) Perry and many nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Washington St., Stoughton on Saturday, February 11 at 11:30 AM. Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Friday from 4:30-7:30 PM.
