Jeremy M. Costa

Jeremy M. Costa, 31, a lifelong resident of Assonet, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 26 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Harold F. Costa of Assonet. Born in Fall River, he was a graduate of Durfee High School. Jeremy was a warehouse worker at Stop & Shop in Assonet for a brief time after working as a carpenter for several years.

Jeremy is also survived by his brothers, Michael P. Costa and Peter C. Costa both of Assonet. He was the grandson of Beverly A. (Tate) Costa of Assonet and the late Adelino "Leo" Costa. He was the nephew of Merelyn Gallagher and Elizabeth St. Ours. He is also survived by several cousins, his father's girlfriend Priscilla Hutchinson and his "2nd Mom" Joan Boyer of Assonet.

Funeral Services will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday, July 3 at 9:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Assonet Burial Ground.
