Jean Marie (Howard) Perry, a former longtime resident of Stoughton, died Friday, July 27 at the Sunrise of Norwood. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Perry, Sr. Born in Boston, she was educated in Dorchester schools. She was a resident of Norwood for the past 4 years after living in North Easton for 5 years and Stoughton for 50 years. Mrs. Perry was a dietary aide at New England Sinai Hospital for 23 years before retiring in 2000. She was a longtime communicant of St. James Church in Stoughton. She was an avid bowler and painter.
Mrs. Perry was the mother of Joseph F. Perry, Jr. of FL, Janeen Perry and Christopher Perry both of Easton, Denise Desrosiers of Worcester, Debra McHugh of E. Bridgewater, Robert Perry of Canton, Maria Crombie of Berkley and the late John and Stephen Perry. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Wednesday, August 1 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday from 4:30-7:30 PM. Interment will take place at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
