James Wallace, 67, a longtime resident of Taunton, died Saturday, December 8, at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the son of Genevieve (Ceruti) Wallace of Taunton and the late John Wallace. Born in Stoughton, he attended Stoughton Schools and was a graduate of Coyle High School in Taunton. Mr. Wallace was a Veteran of the US Navy. He worked as a printer for Norwood Hospital for 10 years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, playing pool and playing cards.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children Anne Beaulieu of Cambridge, James Beaulieu of NH and Joyce Kuplast of RI. He was the brother of Gini Homer of Norfolk, Betty Generazo of Norwood, Meg Knieriem of PA, Mike Wallace of TX and the late Jack Wallace. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday Morning from 9:30-11:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 12 Noon. Donations in Jim's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
