James A. Amoroso, 51 died Sunday February 21, 2021 at the Brockton Hospital, after a courageous battle with Covid 19. Born and raised in Brockton, a 1987 graduate of Brockton High School. He also attended Massasoit Community College. He was a security guard for Allied Universal for several years. In his free time he enjoyed playing darts at the Protectors Club, Bowling with the Hilltop bowling team, photography, and attending the Scottish games.
He was the beloved son of Alfred J. and E. Dolores (DiRienzo) Amoroso of Brockton. In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his longtime companion Sharon Williams MacGregor of Brockton and his siblings; Diane M. Racette and her husband Jerry of W. Townsend, Thomas J. Amoroso and his wife Janet of Kennebunk, ME, Carol A. Amoroso of Stoughton and Anne M. Caswell and her husband Jeffrey of Brockton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid restrictions, services will be private and burial will be at the Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
