Henry J. Lebiedz, 76, of Stoughton died unexpectedly at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, August 24. He was the husband of Marilyn J. (Guaragna) Lebiedz. Born in Paterson, NJ, Mr. Lebiedz was a veteran of the US Navy. He worked as a licensed appliance repairman for White Westinghouse until his retirement and then as a bus driver for TLC Transportation in Canton for the past 10 years. Known for his easy-going nature, he will be sadly missed by his family and friends. In his free time, he enjoyed Drum and Bugle Corps, fishing, and gardening. Hank was able to fix anything and often did so at his own expense for the joy of helping others.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Lynda Lynch and her husband Peter of Brockton. He was the grandfather of Christopher Lynch, Kelsey Lynch and the late Casey Lynch. He is also survived by his brother, three sisters, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, four siblings as well as Louis and Louise Guaragna, his beloved in-laws.
Visiting hours omitted. Private graveside services were held at the VA National Cemetery, Bourne. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
