Helen N. Begin

Helen N. (Heffernan) Begin, 90, died at Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Wednesday, December 10 after a brief illness. Daughter of the late Thomas and Nora (Doyle) Heffernan, she was born and educated in Boston. Mrs. Begin was a resident of Canton since 1981 after living in Stoughton for 6 years.
Mrs. Begin is survived by her children, Dianne H. Young and Nancy M. McArdle both of Stoughton, Richard G. McCauley of Canton and Jeanne M. Compagnone of N. Easton. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, December 13 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Friday 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
