Gregory R. Noyes, 63, died at his home in Stoughton on December 25, 2018, after a period of declining health. He was the husband of 36 years of Diane E. (Hurley) Noyes. Born in Brockton, he was the son of Rena E. (Luther) Noyes and the late George Noyes. He was raised and educated in West Bridgewater, and was a graduate of West Bridgewater High School (Class of '73). He also graduated from Southeastern Massachusetts University in Dartmouth, MA (77'). Mr. Noyes worked as a Real Estate Broker for many years for EXP Real Estate and formerly worked for RE/MAX. He was a member of several Bee Clubs: Plymouth County Beekeepers Association, Norfolk County Beekeepers Association, and Wee Bee High. He was a ham radio operator with the call sign of KB1OAW. Greg loved to raise fish and maintain his fish tanks. He was a nature lover who enjoyed fishing, hiking, and camping. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with his family and two dogs (Murphy and Luigi).
In addition to his wife, Greg is survived by his children; Christopher M. Noyes of Canton, Brian P. and Daniel R. Noyes both of Stoughton and Meghan E. Noyes of Brockton. He was the brother of George Noyes of CO, Jacqueline Milcendeau of FL, Jeannine Noyes of Taunton and Kevin Noyes of West Bridgewater. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Friday, December 28, 2018 from 4-7 PM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
