Georgenia M. (Uhlman) Morgan Hatch, 77, died at the Tufts-New England Medical Center in Boston on Tuesday, March 14 after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Manuel Hatch. Born in Newton, she was a graduate of Newton North High School. Mrs. Hatch was a resident of Stoughton for 24 years. She was a homemaker at home with her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and reading.
Mrs. Hatch is survived by her children, Cheryl A. Oliszczak of Merrimack, NH, James J. Morgan of Quincy, Robert W. Morgan of Boston, Cathie A. Derochers and Stephen A. Hatch both of Stoughton, Joanne D'Intinosanto of South Easton, Suzanne Savage of North Easton and David S. Hatch of Raynham and her sister, Anne Shields of Hudson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael A. D'Intinosanto, Jr. and her sister, Virginia Weldy.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, March 17 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
