George W. Letowski

George W. Letowski, 86, a retired tool & die maker, died at home on Saturday after a long illness. He was the Loving husband of Charlotte (Bartel) Letowski. Born in Lodz, Poland, he moved to the States and settled in Stoughton in 1958. He was educated in Poland. Mr. Letowski worked for Ark-Les Switch in Stoughton for over 40 years, retiring at the age of 80. He was a past member of the Massapoag Yacht Club and the West Stoughton Civic Association. In his free time, he enjoyed boating, sailing photography and he was a self taught computer enthusiast at age 80.

He is survived by his Loving wife Charlotte (Bartel) Letowski. In addition, he was the father of Christine G. Noonan and her husband Thomas of Stoughton and Ronald G. Letowski of Martha's Vineyard. He was the devoted "Opa" to the families of his grandchildren, Michelle Noonan Horner, Sean Noonan and Craig Letowski. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, one niece and two nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Funeral Services will be private. Donations in George's name may be made to the Vistacare Hospice, 690 Canton St., Westwood 02090 or to Stoughton VNA, 10 Pearl St., Stoughton, 02072.
