Galina Krivonosova

Galina Krivonosova, 94, a resident of Brighton, died peacefully at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Sunday, July 7, 2019. She was the wife of the late Ilya Zatsman. Daughter of the late Kuzma Krivonosov and Zinaida Krivonosova, she was born in Mstislavl, Belarus and raised in Moscow, Russia. Galina was a resident of Brighton for 19 years. She was a mechanical engineer in Saratov, Russia for 32 years before retiring in 1980. She was an amateur actress for many years and also enjoyed drawing and painting.

Galina is survived by her children, Alex Zatsman of Newton and Yelena Lastovkina of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of Misha Zatsman, Becky Zatsman, Ann Zatsman, Mariya Lastovkina, Leonid Lastovkin, Galina Lastovkina, Yekaterina Lastovkina and the late Ilya Lastovkin and great-grandmother of Nina Bykova. She was the sister of Mariya Krivonosova of Moscow, Russia.
