Francis J. Fedorowicz, 65, died at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Thursday, July 14 after a period of failing health. He was the husband of Frances A. (Manartto) Fedorowicz. Born in Poland, Mr. Fedorowicz was educated in Boston schools. He was a resident of Stoughton for 42 years. Mr. Fedorowicz was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a machinist at the Star Market Distribution Center in Norwood for 30 years before retiring 7 years ago.
In addition to his wife, Frances, Mr. Fedorowicz is survived by his children, Francis J. Fedorowicz, Jr. of Canton, Patricia L. Mezzadri of Franklin and Robert M. Fedorowicz of Westwood, as well as his mother, Helen Fedorowicz of Stoughton and his siblings, John Fedorowicz of Stoughton and Edna Cox of FL. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Fedorowicz and his sister, Irene Glass. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
Funeral will be held from the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Saturday, July 16 at 10:15 AM. Visiting Hours will be held from Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton prior to the Mass from 8-9:45 AM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. Donations in Francis' name may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney St., Boston, 02215.
