Evelyn A. (Whitehouse) Pasquine, 70, a resident of Stoughton and Spring Hill, FL, died peacefully on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Sturgill Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, FL. She was the wife of 50 years of Frank Pasquine, Jr. Born in Worcester, she was raised in Mission Hill and graduated from Mission High School and Windham College in Boston. Evelyn was a resident of Stoughton for 50 years before moving to Spring Hill 2 years ago. She was a homemaker and also was a medical secretary at New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton and Cardinal Cushing Hospital in Brockton for several years before her retirement. She enjoyed collectibles and traveling, especially on cruises but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Evelyn is survived by her children, Francis Pasquine, III of N. Attleboro, Stephen M. Pasquine of Stoughton, Andrew J. Pasquine of New Bedford and Lisa M. Pasquine of Florida. She was the grandmother of Catherine Pasquine, Stephanie Pasquine, Erica Pasquine-Couto, Andrew Pasquine, Jr., Nicholas Pasquine and Evelyn Ruggiero and great-grandmother of Hunter Couto. She was the sister of Margaret Kenney of Rockland, the late James Whitehouse and is also survived by several nieces and nephews
Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. Donations in Evelyn's memory may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 29 Crafts Street, Suite 450, Newton, MA 02458.
