Elizabeth Betty Murphy

Elizabeth "Betty" (Zabrosky) Murphy, 71, died Thursday, August 28, 2014 at the Milford Regional Medical Center in Milford after a period of failing health. Born and raised in Stoughton, she was a graduate of St. Mary's School in Stoughton and St. Patrick's High School in Brockton. She also attended Secretarial School. Mrs. Murphy worked as a Medical Secretary for Dr. Edward Jacobs in Easton for many years, retiring 5 years ago. She was a lifelong resident of Stoughton. In her free time, she enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. For every thing there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.
Betty leaves her beloved son Liam M. Murphy of Bellingham, her devoted sister Helen Campanario of Easton, loving brother-in-law Joe Campanario of Stoughton, her cherished nephews John & Peter Campanario and a host of loving friends and relatives.
Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, August 30 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours prior to the services from 9AM ? 11AM. Donations in Betty's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 480 Pleasant St, Watertown, MA 02472.
