Elizabeth A. Gill

Elizabeth A. (Davis) Gill, 69, died Sunday, December 6, 2009 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Wayne A. Gill. Born in Boston, she was raised in Brockton and Randolph and was a graduate of Randolph Schools. She was a resident of Stoughton for over 45 years. Mrs. Gill worked as an inspector for Barrow Fabrics in Canton for several years and also worked at Randy Shoe Company in Randolph. Mrs. Gill was a former member of the Trinity Bowling League. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo, cards, traveling to Twin River and spending time with her cats, Bootsie, Winston, Sammy and Casey. She will be sadly missed.
In addition to her husband Wayne, she is survived by her children: Elizabeth M. Gill of Stoughton and Jay L. Gill of E. Falmouth. She was the sister of Carol Gallison of Stoughton and was the grandmother of George Reade, Samantha Gill and Cassie Gill. She is also survived by several nieces.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Thursday, December 10, at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
