Eleanor R. Urciuoli, 96, died at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing Home in Stoughton on Friday, November 23. She was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Antoinette Urciuoli. Born in Stoughton, she was a lifelong resident of Stoughton and a graduate of Stoughton schools. Miss Urciuoli was a textile worker for JW Wood in Stoughton for many years. She was a member of the Minerva Lodge in Stoughton. She was also a member of the Mass. Catholic Women's Guild at Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton and the Catholic Order of Foresters. In her free time she enjoyed traveling and had visited Italy, China and many other countries.
Miss Urciuoli is survived by her sister, Rose T. Urciuoli of Stoughton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Sebastian "Pat", Carmen, Charles, Arthur, Ernest and Mary Urciuoli.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Thursday, November 29 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Eleanor's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
