Eleanor M. (Trefry) Pratt, 92, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on September 1. She was the wife of the late Richard C. Pratt. Born in Boston, she was a graduate of Roxbury Practical Arts High School. She was a resident of Carver for 20 years after living in West Bridgewater for over 20 years. Mrs. Pratt was a homemaker. She was an avid Bingo player at the Commercial Club of East Bridgewater, as well as many other places in the area.
Mrs. Pratt was the mother of Dorothy M. Freeman and her late husband James of N. Carver, Carol A. Russell and her husband Bradford of Stoughton and William J. McMann and his wife Jacqueline of Middleboro. She was the sister of the late Mildred L. Fredericks of Wakefield. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Cheryl, Richard, Linda, Paula, Jason, William, Brenda and Sandra, 6 great-grandchildren and 3 nephews.
Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Friday, September 4 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-7 PM. Burial will take place at Dry Pond Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Eleanor's name may be made to American Heart Assn., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
