Edmund F. Welch

Edmund F. Welch, "Eddie", 72, died Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the son of the late Edmund A. and Lillian C. (Corbin) Welch of Stoughton. Born in Somerville, he was a longtime resident of Wrentham.

He was the brother of Elizabeth J. "Bette" Lindberg of West Bridgewater, Arlene F. Bown of Stoughton, William A. Welch of S. Dennis, Lynne E. Casano of Marstons Mills and Stephanie P. Killala of Harwich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Eddie also leaves his family of dedicated caregivers and friends at Wrentham Developmental Center where he was a longtime resident.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday from 9AM-10AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in his memory may be made to the Wrentham Development Center Special Gift Fund, 131 Emerald St. Wrentham, 02093.
