Donald L. Picardi, 64, a resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Born in Norwood, he was the son of the late Louis and Rose (DiFronzo) Picardi. He was raised in Westwood and attended Blue Hills Regional Technical School in Canton. He resided in Stoughton for the past 8 years. Donald was a self-employed auto body and hot rod repairman. He enjoyed talking and joking with family and friends as well as cars and hot rods. He also enjoyed working at his family's business, Calendar Linen in Chelsea.
Donald is survived by his children, Rachel L. Picardi of Stoughton, Louis A. Picardi of Taunton, Adrienne Mazzola of Waltham and Megan Petrola of Winthrop. He was the brother of Lynda Picardi of Attleboro, Christine Heffernan of Wrentham, Donna Picardi of Stoughton and Ronald Picardi of Vero Beach, FL. He was the former husband of Holly (Sprague) Picardi and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, November 6 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 4-7 PM. Interment will be private.
