Donald G. Gibson

Donald G. Gibson, 72, of Stoughton and formerly of Jamaica Plain, died peacefully at the Southeast Rehabilitation Skilled Care Center on Sunday, October 11, 2015 after a lengthy illness. Son of the late William B. and Helen (Gray) Gibson, he was born in Boston and graduated from Jamaica Plain High School. Donald was an electrician and worked for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority for 13 years. Donald enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Mr. Gibson is survived by his children, David C. Gibson and his wife Michele and Marie M. Klebacher and her husband Chris all of Stoughton. He was the grandfather of Ashley and Jonathan Gibson and Kimberlee Klebacher. He was the brother of Martha Weschrob and Ina Cardoza both of FL and Robert Gibson of North Attleboro. He was the husband of the late Patricia A. (Matera) Gibson. Donald is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, October 16 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours prior from 9-11 AM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
