Donald C. Bulman, 89, a lifelong resident of Bridgewater, died Wednesday, August 18, at the Braintree Manor Nursing Home in Braintree. He was the husband of the late Eileen M. (King) Bulman. Born in Boston, he was raised and educated in Bridgewater. He was a WWII Veteran of the US Navy. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for the Town of Bridgewater for many years, retiring in 1989. He was a member of the Bridgewater Veteran's Club, the Lincoln Club, the Polish Club and the Citizens Club all in Bridgewater. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing.
He is survived by his two sons, Richard S. Bulman of Stoughton and Michael G. Bulman of NM. He was the grandfather of Kyle and Michael Bulman and the great grandfather of Colin Bulman.
Graveside Services will be held in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne on Friday, August 20 at 10:45 AM. Donations in Donald's memory may be made to the Jimmy Fund, 10 Brookline Place West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445-7295.
