Diane Marie (Farrell) Cody

Diane Marie (Farrell) Cody, 67, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Saturday, November 18, 2023.  She was the wife of Timothy J. Cody for 46 years.  She was born in Cambridge, daughter of the late Robert and Olive (Clary) Farrell.  She attended Brighton High School.  She resided in Stoughton for the past 32 years.  Diane was a financial analyst at Fidelity Investments in Boston for 20 years before retiring 12 years ago.  She enjoyed camping, hiking, especially in Blue Hills, and woodworking.  She also loved to entertain, especially for Thanksgiving, St. Patrick’s Day and her annual cookout with family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Diane was the sister of Debra L. Martin of New Hampshire and the late Linda A. Dunnells.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, November 28 from 1-3 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane‘s memory may be made to New England Donor Services, 60 First Avenue, Waltham, MA 02451.
