Denise E. Collier

Denise E. Collier, 50, died unexpectedly at Brockton Hospital on Thursday, January 21. Daughter of David Collier of FL and the late Gladys (Phillips) Collier, she was born in Boston. She was a resident of Brockton for the past 9 years after living in Stoughton for most of her life. Denise was a graduate of Stoughton High School. She was a home health aide for over 20 years. In her free time she enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
In addition to her father, Denise is survived by her children, Melanie H. Morrison and her husband Sean, Brittany A. Collier, Andre T. Collier and Sonya R. Collier all of Brockton, as well as her granddaughter, Cassidy Morrison. She was the sister of Ronald Collier of CA, Deborah Collier of MI, Brenda Collier of RI and the late Richard Collier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Wednesday, January 27, at 6 PM. Visiting Hours prior 3-6 PM. Burial will be private. Donations in Denise's name may be made to Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.
