David A. Estey, Sr.

David A. Estey, Sr., age 85, passed away on July 10, 2023, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was predeceased by his wife Nancy J. (DeCosta) Estey. Born in Stoughton, he was the son of the late Hazel and Otis Estey. He was raised and educated in Stoughton, before becoming a resident of Taunton for over 35 years. He was employed as a Carpenter throughout his life and served in the Army in his younger years. He enjoyed boating and fishing, especially in Onset, Ma, and loved cooking for his family.

He is survived by his son David A. Estey, Jr. and his wife Cathy of North Easton. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Bernice Estey, Betty Brennan, Mal Estey & Otis Estey. He is also survived by his sibling Mary Bonovitch, his grandchildren, Kelly Hope and her husband Will, and Danny Estey, and leaves behind his great-grandson Trooper Hope.
