Crystal L. (Fisher) Ciulla, 73, died Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at her home in Raynham, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of 52 years of James J. Ciulla. Born in Stoughton, daughter of Clement Fisher and Verna (Mara) Fisher Stewart, she was raised and educated in Stoughton and was a graduate of Randolph High School. She later earned her Associates Degree from Aquinas Jr. College in Milton. In 1972, she married James J. Ciulla and together they spent the past 52 years married and raised four beloved children. They moved to Raynham to raise their family and have made their home there since 1976. While raising her children, Crystal was a longtime CCD teacher and Boy Scout Leader. After raising her children, Crystal began working in Medical Records at the Goddard and Good Samaritan Hospitals in Stoughton and retired in 2011 after 23 years of service. In her retirement, she enjoyed traveling to Foxwoods with friends and trips to Captiva in Florida with family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family and her grandkids. Her fondest memories were when she was surrounded by her beloved family.
Crystal is survived by her husband James J. Ciulla of Raynham. She was the mother of Alicia C. Ciulla and James J. Ciulla, both of Raynham and the late John J. Ciulla and Saundra Ann Ciulla. She was the beloved Grammy of Grace, Stara and Gemma Ciulla. Crystal was the devoted sister of Debra Mendonca, Edna Fisher and Andrew Fisher, all of Stoughton, Brenda Roy of NC, Clement Fisher of Brockton, Bruce Fisher of Quincy, David Fisher of Rockland and the late Donna J. Fisher Figueroa. She was the sister in law of John J. Ciulla, Jr and his wife Sandi of Scituate and is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her beloved dog Lily.
Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Monday, January 6, 2025 from 4-7 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Ann’s Church, 675 N. Main St., Raynham on Tuesday, January 7, 2024 at 10 AM with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Stoughton.
