Clark Hilsinger

Clark Hilsinger, 70, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died Wednesday, April 25 at home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Marie L. (Savage) Hilsinger for 49 years. Born in Rockwells Mills, NY, he was raised in Sidney, NY and graduated from Sidney High School, Class of 1959. He was a resident of Stoughton since 1973. Mr. Hilsinger was a Seaman in the U.S. Navy from 1959-1962 and was stationed on the USS Constitution. He worked at Draper Bros. in Canton for 36 years before retiring 3 years ago.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Hilsinger is survived by his children, Lori M. Walter and her fiancé Raymond Kapala, Jr. of Stoughton and Clark A. Hilsinger and his longtime companion Gail Frates of N. Dartmouth, as well as his grandchildren Thomas and Sean. He was the brother of Mary Hartwell of Sidney, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be held at Knollwood Memorial Park, 321 High St., Canton on Monday, April 30 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Sunday from 2-5 PM. Donations in Clark's memory may be sent to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
