Carol A. (Campo) Rourke, 71, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. She was the wife of the late John L. Rourke. Daughter of the late Joseph and Donata (Morganelli) Campo, she was born in Boston, raised in Roxbury and attended St. Patrick High School. She was a resident of Stoughton for the past 49 years. Carol was a caretaker for both children and the elderly in the Stoughton area for over 20 years. She enjoyed knitting, cooking and crafts in her free time.
Mrs. Rourke is survived by her daughters, Stayci Harris and her husband Richard Sheehan of North Easton and Kim Harris of Stoughton. She was the sister of Jo-Ann Pacino and her husband Bob of Braintree and the aunt of Robert Pacino and Jen Miller. She is also survived by several step-children and step-grandchildren.
Funeral will be held from Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, April 11 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Friday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne on Monday, April 13 at 2 PM.
