Carmina F. Pimentel

Carmina F. (Nunes) Pimentel, 85, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at home on Sunday, March 22, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Jose F. Pimentel. Born and raised in Flores, Azores, Portugal, she moved to Stoughton in 1970. Mrs. Pimentel was a homemaker. She was a longtime communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Pimentel is survived by her children, Fatima DePaola, Jose Pimentel, Antonio Pimentel, Luis Pimentel, Teresa Simas and Connie Ourives all of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of Michael, Christina, Chris, Jonathan, Jeff and Eric and the great-grandmother of Allie and Julia. She was the sister of Rosario Nunes and Francisco Nunes both of Flores, Azores, Portugal and the late Jose, Maria, Encarnao and Luisa and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, March 25 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday from 5-8 PM. Interment will be private.
