Carl E. Vose

Carl E. Vose, 82, died Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, after a period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of 58 years of Frances A. (Ruggiero) Vose. Born and raised in Revere, he was a graduate of Revere High School & was also a former member of the Air National Guard. Carl owned and operated Vose & Associates (Manufacturers Representatives) for many years. Carl was known for his kindness, generosity & great sense of humor. He was a history buff who enjoyed reading and spending time at Surf Drive Beach in Falmouth. After retirement, he cherished all of his time with his family and grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Carl J. Vose and his wife Kara of Sandwich and Lisa A. Leger and her husband Maurice of Easton. He was the brother of Celia Gordon of TX and the late Alice Frederickson & Robert Ayer of Revere, MA.. He is also survived by his 5 beloved grandchildren; Patrick Vose, Adam Vose, Lauren Leger, Sarah Leger and Jack Leger, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, January 11, at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday, January 10, from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Carl's memory may be made to the Salvation Army, 25 Shawmut Rd., Canton, MA 02021 or to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
