Brandon Z. Brazao, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2023 at his home. Born in Fort Lauderdale, FL, son of Bobbi J. (Carmichael) Brazao and Roy A. Brazao of Whitman, he was raised and educated in Whitman and was a 2011 graduate of South Shore Regional Vocational Technical High School. He later went on to earn an Associate’s Degree from Bunker Hill Community College in Boston. Brandon was a longtime employee at Eversource, beginning as an apprentice in high school and currently working as an Underground Linesman. He was a member of the Utility Workers Union Local 369 in Braintree. Brandon was a lover of antique cars and cherished his 2015 Ford Shelby Mustang. He enjoyed playing golf and in his spare time, loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his beloved children.
In addition to his parents, Brandon is survived by his wife, Alysha M. (Goodwin) Brazao, his children, Lucas C. and Bailey A. Brazao, and his step daughter, Emma E. Bythrow-Goodwin, all of Middleboro. He was the brother to Kasandra M. Mullaney of Braintree, Brooke A. Brazao of Quincy, and Kailey N. Brazao of Whitman. Brandon was the grandson of Adelino Brazao of Stoughton, and the late Natividade Brazao, Sandra Carmichael and Lowell Kilgone. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Connor, Sean, and Caroline Mullaney and his beloved pets, Moose, Bonnie, Clyde, and Mittens.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton, on Wednesday, May 31st from 4-7 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held in the next day, Thursday, June 1st at the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Stoughton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brandon’s memory may be made to a fund to help to support his children at the "Lucas and Bailey Fund", PO Box 93, Stoughton, MA 02072 or by Venmo at @Roy-Brazao with a confirmation code of 7767.
