Beverly D. (Rebello) Raggiani, 91, died at the Copley at Stoughton on Sunday, April 19. She was the wife of the late Emilio F. "Milo" Raggiani. Born in Madeira, Portugal, she was educated in Stoughton schools. She was a resident of Stoughton since 1954 and lived in Brockton for 15 years prior to that. Mrs. Raggiani was a cafeteria worker at Stoughton High School for many years before retiring in 1980. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, walking and spending time with her family. Known as the "Chocolate Chip Cookie Queen" to her family, she also baked delicious apple pies.
Mrs. Raggiani is survived by her children, Barbara J. Mondor and her husband Robert and Janice L. Cunha all of Stoughton, Albert F. Raggiani and his wife Ellen of Raynham and Francine M. Fahey and her husband Robert of Sagamore Beach. She was the sister of Mary Costa of Stoughton, Beatrice Cassani of Bridgewater, Constance Andre of Raynham and the late Manuel Rebello and Mary Rebello. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Thursday, April 23 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8 PM. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Beverly's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
