Betty C. Shaw

Betty C. Shaw, 84, of Seekonk, died peacefully at Blue Hills Alzheimer's Care Center in Stoughton on Wednesday, July 27. She was the wife of the late Harry E. Shaw. Born in Pawtucket, RI, she was educated in East Pawtucket Schools. She was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Seekonk and enjoyed gardening & dancing. Betty was a receiver for Ann & Hope in Seekonk before retiring at age 62.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Elaine E. Shaw of East Taunton and her son, Glenn W. Shaw and his wife Tricia of FL. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and her dear friend Charles Domina.
Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
