Barbara A. Driscoll

Barbara A. Driscoll (formerly Tabolsky), 75, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing Home in Stoughton. Born and raised in Dorchester, she attended St. Ann's School in Dorchester and was a graduate of St. Patrick's High School in Roxbury. She was a longtime resident of Sharon and also lived in Southern California for over 10 years. She was active in the Sharon Community for many years and in her free time she enjoyed dancing, sewing, music, crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her four children; Diane M. Russell and her husband Stephen of Stoughton, William J. Tabolsky of Pembroke, James A. Tabolsky and his wife Heather of CA and Laura A. Tabolsky also of CA. She was the sister of Patricia Riley of Middleboro, Kathleen Bishop and Michael Driscoll both of Sharon, Eileen Feeney of Milton and Kevin Driscoll of CA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Thursday, September 12, at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 59 Cottage St., Sharon at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Rock Ridge Cemetery, Sharon.
