Attiya L. (Haneef) Gartland

Atiyya L. (Haneef) Gartland, 38, a longtime resident of Sharon, died unexpectedly on Friday, December 4, 2015. Daughter of Abid and Saliha (Blackwelder) Haneef of Sharon, she was born in Boston and raised in Burlington. She was a graduate of Burlington High School, Class of 1995. Atiyya resided in Sharon for the past 18 years. She was a personal care attendant. She enjoyed writing inspirational poetry in her free time.

In addition to her parents, Attiya is survived by her son, Joshua P. Gartland of Woburn. She is also survived by 8 brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, 321 High St., Canton on Friday, December 11 at 10:00 AM.
