Anthony J. Rabattini, 65, died Wednesday, November 5, at his home, after a long illness. He was the husband of the late Carol (Duncan) Rabattini. Born in Highwood, IL, he was raised in Quincy and was a graduate of Quincy Schools. Mr. Rabattini was a Veteran of the US Army. He was a resident of Stoughton since 1969. He worked as an Electronics Technician and a salesman for many years. Mr. Rabattini also was a vendor at the Raynham Flea Market for 18 years. A Jack-of-all-trades, in his free time he enjoyed traveling, motorcycling and tinkering.
He is survived by his mother Irene (Smith) Martin of IL, his sisters Rebecca Erickson of IL and Mary "Bernadette" Rogan of Stoughton and his longtime companion Theresa Duffy of Stoughton. He was the stepfather of Barbara Warwick, Donna Wright, Bruce Duffy, Patricia Martin and David Duffy of MA and Cheryl Byron of NC. He was predeceased by his father Anthony J. Rabattini, Sr. He is also survived by two daughters, two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, November 10 at 11:30 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday, 3-5 & 6-8 PM. Burial at VA National Cemetery, Bourne. Due to cemetery floral regulations, Tony's family has asked that donations in his name may be made to Hospice of Greater Brockton, 500 Belmont St., Brockton, 02301
